To turn our vision into a reality, Model Expo’s Model Shipways™, Model Airways™, Guns of History™, Model Trailways™, and Model Expo Precision Tools™ product families bring countless hours of enjoyment in an otherwise hectic and fast-paced world. In keeping with our mission, Model Expo performs the majority of model kit manufacturing in-house. Computer-driven laser machines cut basswood components to exact dimensions and master artisans cast incredibly detailed metal parts in our foundry.
As a leading manufacturer and provider of historically accurate and authentic model kits and precision tools, Model Expo serves more than 40,000 customers and hobby stores throughout the world. Model Expo was founded in 1976 and partners with over 40 companies worldwide to include Italy, Spain, Europe, and China.

- We will replace defective or missing parts from most wooden kits without charge – not even for shipping. Due to difficulties in receiving requested parts or domestic shipping policies we cannot supply parts for wood kits from the following manufacturers.

- Plastic Parts - Please contact the applicable manufacturer directly for missing plastic model parts.
- We guarantee all hand tools for life. If it breaks, we will replace it. Power tools carry a one-year guarantee. (Proxxon tools carry a 2-year Manufacturer's Guarantee)
- Return any Model Expo product in original condition within 30 days for an immediate refund – no questions asked.
- We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
