Whether you're a new account or you've been a Model Expo customer for years, we want to make your ordering experience as smooth as possible. To help you find the information you're looking for, we've included brief descriptions of the contents of each page.

Order Status
Check on the progress of your order.
Login to your account and click on the "Order Status" Tab.

Catalog Request/E-Mail Specials
Sign-up and receive our printed catalogs in your mail box filled with the biggest deals and offers. This will also sign you up for weekly E-Mail only specials. You can unsubscribe at anytime by using the "safe unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

If less than delighted, you may return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept partially built kits or items that have been altered or damaged after receipt.

Please pack items securely and include a copy of the packing slip you received with your order.

Domestic Shipping:

Model Expo ships all domestic orders via FedEx or by Parcel Post / 4th Class (for small orders). If you are unable to receive deliveries at home during the day, Model Expo will ship your order to your work address. Upon request, Model Expo will ship Parcel Post / 4th Class if you have a P.O. box with no street address; FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Canadian Delivery

Model Expo ships all Canadian orders via FedEx. Model Expo will ship Parcel Post / 4th Class to a Canadian P.O. box upon verbal request; please call our Order Department at (800) 222-3876 for this service. Please note that Canadian P.O box orders cannot be processed on our website at this time.

Flat rate shipping charges above include brokerage fees for door-to-door FedEx delivery.
Additionally, all applicable sales taxes will be added and remitted directly to the Canadian Government; no other charges apply.

International Delivery:

Model Expo ships all International orders via FedEx. Model Expo will ship certain small orders (orders less than $50 USD) via Parcel Post / 4th Class upon request however, Model Expo, in case of loss, will not be responsible for these orders.

International Shipping Charges:
All International Shipping Charges will be emailed to you for approval prior to shipment of your order; Model Expo will not ship until we receive confirmation of these shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE that actual shipping charges will not appear in your shopping cart or in the order confirmation Email you will automatically receive.
Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer; International Shipping Charges DO NOT INCLUDE import duties and taxes.


MODEL EXPO BACKORDER GUIDELINES

Model Expo strives to ensure all advertised products are in-stock and available for shipping. However, if we are out of stock on a particular product, Model Expo will gladly accept backorders with the following exceptions:


Domestic Backorders:
Unless otherwise noted, Model Expo will only accept backorders on products greater than $10 USD. Model Expo will not accept backorders on products selling for less than $9.99 USD; we encourage you to check our site for availability of these products and to re-order when available. Additionally, please note that Model Expo will ship approved Domestic Backorders without additional shipping charges as soon as the product is available – this service is for DOMESTIC BACKORDERS ONLY.

Canadian and International Backorders:
Unless otherwise noted, Model Expo will only accept backorders on products greater than $50 USD; Model Expo will not accept backorders on products selling for less than $50 USD.
