GUARANTEES

1. We will replace defective or missing parts from most wooden kits without charge – not even for shipping. Due to difficulties in receiving requested parts or domestic shipping policies we cannot supply parts for wood kits from the following manufacturers.
• Mantua - Please contact Mantua directly for all model kit part requests @ info@mantuamodel.co.uk
• Amati - Please contact Amati directly for all model kit part requests @ info@amatimodel.com
• Dumas - Please contact Dumas directly for all model kit part requests @ dumas@azstarnet.com
• Guillow - Please contact Guillow directly for all model kit part requests @ cust_service@guillow.com
  
• Plastic Parts - Please contact the applicable manufacturer directly for missing plastic model parts.
2. We guarantee all hand tools for life. If it breaks, we will replace it. Power tools carry a one-year guarantee. (Proxxon tools carry a 2-year Manufacturer's Guarantee)
3. Return any Model Expo product in original condition within 30 days for an immediate refund – no questions asked.
4. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
