SIRENE, PLANK-ON-FRAME WOODEN SHIP MODEL KIT
The 30-gun French frigate Sirene was designed by the famed naval architect Fredrik Chapman.
Made by Corel, this kit is based on plans in Chapman's "Architectura Navalis Mercatoria" published in 1768. Pre-cut wooden parts facilitate plank-on-bulkhead construction. Ready-to-use fittings consist of correctly scaled hardwood, brass and cast metal parts, with special emphasis on the gilded metal prow and transom decorations. Clear plans and instructions see you through assembly.
